About
Alyson Nguyen is a 4th-year undergraduate student at UCLA studying Human Biology and Society with a minor in Science Education. She has been a member of the Bickart Lab since her freshman year and has greatly enjoyed her involvement in the Brain Health Project and BRAIN Trial, where she has gained hands-on experience with TMS and MRI protocols.
As part of the BRAIN Trial, Alyson conducted research investigating the influence of perceived social support on outcomes of mTBI, strengthening her interest in the broader determinants of health and recovery. Outside of the lab, Alyson enjoys staying active through yoga and tennis.
